- Sell targeted multi shop operators (MSO)
- Identify potential new MSO customers
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs and CRM systems
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer’s needs
- Work with sales leadership to develop effective sales strategies and drive implementation
- Set targets and track sales account targets that align with company objectives
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer network
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with customer success team for onboarding and continued training opportunities
- Contribute at trade shows as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries in timely manner
- Follow up with client on any technical issues; escalate if necessary
