Process Technician Jobs
- Machine start-up in each and every mold change.
- Setting process parameters for high efficient production and control the process variation.
- Frequent visual inspection and make sure quality of the product.
- Input of SPC readings for every two hour intervals.
- Interaction with maintenance department as per requirement.
- Interaction with shift supervisor as per requirement.
- Support to Mold change
- Monitor and verify process parameters
- Coordination with quality control, warehouse and maintenance personnel
- Ensures 5s activities are carried out/implemented
- Report and cross check process standards, quality checks and other checklists according to SOPs
- Closing and management of NCRs and customer complaints
- Complete line clearance report on each production start up
- Monitor ISO standards implementation
- Follow all safety standards as per company rules and regulations
- Ensure that team is trained on the Safety Standards in coordination with the Safety officer.
- To put checks and balances on the teams’ Safety.
- To prepare manpower schedule/plan as per the production schedule.
- Relevant production figures are collected for the handover to the next shift.
- Ensures that production staff is trained according to skill matrix
- Responsible for sorting/rework team and adequate allocation of resources
- Reporting for any unusual machine functions to Production Manager & Maintenance team.
What makes you great
- Secondary school diploma, associate Engineering course and above
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Plastic manufacturing plant as production process technician or related work.
- Knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint.
- Technically inclined in quality standards and productive in working relationship with fellow employees.
- High level of energy.
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts, call out, weekends and overtime (if required).
- Able to lift up to 20Kg.
- Able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
- It is required to act in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by adhering to all ALPLA policies and procedures and Safety Standards (OSHA).
- Fit to company culture in terms of punctuality, attitude, responsibility, department integration, personnel respect, strictness, accuracy and H&S standards.
- Awareness of working seal to reach the goals of the organization.
