Store keeper Vacancies
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the storage rooms/warehouses
- Supply shelves and production areas of the workshop
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing and labeling supplies according to internal procedures
- Perform inventory controls based on logistics management requests
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
- Participate to maintain in good conditions all equipment of handling he will have to operate

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a storage room or warehouse environment
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Ability to safely operate a forklift
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good English level is required, Arabic language is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
- Valid driver’s license and forklift certification is a plus
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 12 kgs pounds, and occasionally up to 25 kgs
- Must have a forklift driving license and motor driving license.
- Previous Experience in Defense industry is a must.
