A day in the life of…

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to lead and develop the sales team in the region to achieve sales targets, organic growth and real internal growth. In this role you will continuously monitor the region’s performance based on the commercial plan, and to instate corrective measures when needed. The RSM will work closely with the trade marketing team to provide support based category needs across all channels. As part of keeping up with the changes in the external environement, whether it be due to competition, trade etc, the RSM will need to ensure that our sales structure is properly designed to withstand such changes and to continue to achieve results along with ensuring optimal route to market.
