Revolution Company is now hiring Line Operators to support its Shelbyville, TN location. Hands-on position leading stretch-film production line(s). Will be involved in the production, product inspection, stocking, packaging, and labeling operations.
- Ensure a safe and orderly work environment and comply with all established safety guidelines.
- Ensure products meet or exceed quality guidelines.
- Ensures proper core extension, target roll weights, roll widths, and quality roll edges.
- Performs and understands how to do all QA tests.
- Maintains a scrap rate of <4%.
- Good working knowledge of the NDC, how to correctly adjust die bolts, efficiently troubleshoot gauge bands, roll edge quality problems, shim out die lines, and any other lines issues.
- Operate computer systems associated with production lines, as needed.
- Complete and maintain required logs and records. Fill out the Production Report in its entirety.
- Use quality instruments and accurately document testing results.
- Performs all other duties as assigned from Supervisor.
