Today announced new system enables foreigners to live, work and study in the UAE for all Nationality holder, without the need of a national sponsor and with 100 per cent ownership of their business on the UAE’s mainland. These visas will be issued for 10 years it,s Golden visa and will be renewed automatically.

A golden visa is a permanent residency visa issued to individuals who invest, often through the purchase of property, a certain sum of money into the issuing country, its a biggest announcement for all Nationality holder.

Eligible criteria
Holders of doctorate degrees and medical doctors are eligible, as well as computer, electronics, programming, electrical and biotechnology engineers.
Conditions
Also eligible are those with specialised degrees in artificial intelligence, big data and epidemiology, as well as high school students living in the UAE who rank top in the country and university students with a GPA of 3.8 or higher.
Families of top students will also be eligible to obtain the golden visa.
