Responsibilities for Online marketing jobs in USA

Provide support for Crossway’s presence on Amazon.com. This will require familiarity with Amazon’s proprietary vendor interfaces and the ability to troubleshoot internal systems related to ONIX metadata, merchandising, and marketing.
Help to respond to Crossway’s consumer-facing email journeys as needed.
Oversee quarterly eBook sales and marketing opportunities. This will include focus on institutional opportunities as well as connecting with key influencers.
Mastering knowledge of Crossway’s content, products, and programs in order to present to and serve accounts with excellence.
Attending regular meetings with the Vice President of Sales to review performance and provide ongoing status reports.
Utilize professional development opportunities to increase sales-related knowledge, techniques, and skills.
Uphold the moral and spiritual standards required of Christian leaders, as taught in the Scriptures, in relation to each area of their work and their lives in general.
Other tasks as assigned by the Vice President of Sales or the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing
10–15% travel required as needed to support sales at conferences and sales meetings

Requirements for Position

The Sales Coordinator must be highly organized, detail-oriented, a resourceful problem-solver, eager to learn new skills, familiar with various online channels and platforms, and professional in their demeanor. They must be responsive and reliable. A bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years work experience working in online marketing and/or customer service is preferred.
