PM Launches New Web Portal:
Prime Minister Imran Khan has launched a web portal under the ‘second phase’ of the Ehsaas labour Cash Programme to help people. Islamabad on Saturday, the PM said that anyone who has been recently unemployed because of the pandemic should “visit the website and register themselves”.
وزیر اعظم نے کہا کہ اندراج کرنے والوں کو یہ ثبوت فراہم کرنا ہوں گے کہ وہ کسی تنظیم میں کام کر رہے تھے۔ “میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ سبھی لوگ خود ہی یہ کام کرنے کے اہل نہیں ہوں گے ، لہذا میں چاہتا ہوں کہ نوجوان اور میری ٹائیگر فورس ایسے لوگوں کی شناخت کرے اور اندراج میں ان کی مدد کرے. ۔ “

وزیر اعظم نے ان تمام لوگوں کا شکریہ ادا کیا جنہوں نے وزیر اعظم کے کورونا وائرس فنڈ میں عطیہ کیا ہے اور واضح کیا ہے کہ وہ “ذاتی طور پر اس کے احتساب کے عمل کی نگرانی کر رہے ہیں”۔ وزیر اعظم خان نے یہ بھی ریمارکس دیئے کہ احسان پروگرام میرٹ پر چلایا جارہا ہے اور وہ کسی بھی سیاسی وابستگی سے باز نہیں تھے۔
انہوں نے کہا ، “اب تک اس کے تحت ملک بھر میں 6.8 ملین ضرورت مند خاندانوں میں 811 ارب روپے تقسیم کیے جاچکے ہیں۔” لہذا ہم تعمیراتی شعبے کو مراعات دے رہے ہیں تاکہ روز مرہ کی مزدوری کرنے والوں کی مدد کی جاسکے اور ان کو معاش کا ایک ذریعہ مہیا ہوسکے۔
PM Advised Pakistani People:
“We don’t know how long this pandemic will last for, but we know for sure that it is here for the next six months,” he said. “To fight this, it’s important that the public takes the responsibility of themselves and the people around them and work with the government”.
Most of the people affected by the virus don’t need to go to the hospital and can be quarantined at home, the prime minister said. “So people who test positive should self-quarantine, otherwise they will put other vulnerable people at risk,” The prime minister Imran Khan will launch a web portal in this regard.

کیوں لوگوں نے اپنی ملازمتیں گنوا دیں:
واضح رہے کہ فری اینڈ فیئر الیکشن نیٹ ورک (ایف اے ایف ای این) کے ذریعہ کئے گئے ایک سروے نے جمعہ کے روز انکشاف کیا ہے کہ جاری کورونا وائرس لاک ڈاؤن کے دوران کم از کم 26 فیصد خواتین کو ملازمت سے فارغ یا معطل کردیا گیا تھا۔ بیان میں لکھا گیا ہے کہ کام کرنے والی خواتین کے سروے میں انکشاف ہوا ہے کہ 904 جواب دہندگان میں سے 26 فیصد حکومت کی جانب سے لاک ڈاؤن کے اعلان کے بعد ملازمت سے فارغ ہوگئے تھے۔ ملازمت سے محروم ہونے والے کارکنوں میں سے 14 فیصد کو مستقل طور پر چھوڑ دیا گیا جبکہ باقی 12 فیصد کی خدمات عارضی طور پر معطل کردی گئیں۔ فیکٹری کے مزدوروں میں سب سے زیادہ تناسب ان لوگوں میں تھا جن کی ملازمت ختم کردی گئی تھی۔ 15 فیصد خواتین جن کا کہنا تھا کہ ملازمت ختم کردی گئی ہے وہ سندھ کے جواب دہندگان سے ہیں اور تین فیصد بلوچستان سے۔

The survey was conducted in eight districts across the country including Faisalabad, Haripur, Lahore, Sialkot, Peshawar, Rahimyar Khan, Quetta, and Karachi between April 15-30.
